🧴 How to Use | 使用方法

• Adults and children aged 12 or over: dissolve one 4.3 g sachet in a minimum of a full glass (≈ 200–250 ml) of water. Drink when symptoms occur.

• If necessary, a second dose may be taken after 2–3 hours — but do not take the second dose less than 2 hours after the first dose. Do not exceed 2 doses per day.

• 成人及 12 岁以上儿童：将 1 包 4.3 g 溶解于至少一杯水（约 200–250 ml）中，有症状时饮用。
