Clinifilm Barrier Cream is a concentrated, pH-balanced protective cream designed to shield both intact and mildly damaged skin from the irritating effects of bodily fluids and medical adhesives. Unlike standard heavy ointments, this “no-sting” formula uses dry-fast technology to leave a transparent, non-greasy film that does not interfere with the adhesion of stoma pouches or wound dressings. To maintain the stability of its botanical oils and ensure the product remains sterile over multiple uses, the formula contains preservatives (including Parabens and Imidazolidinyl Urea)
